Pumpkin protein waffles

1 dropper of liquid sweetener
Toppings: greek yogurt, walnuts, syrup/honey of choice
Blend ingredients in bender. Makes 3 waffles in waffle maker. Add toppings. .

1/2c oats
1/3c unsweetened almond milk
1/3c egg whites
1/4c plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
