Baked Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir all oatmeal ingredients together until well incorporated. Spray a small ramekin with non-stick cooking spray. Pour oatmeal mixture into ramekin. Bake for 28-32 minutes.

2 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. granulated stevia
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 Quest Peanut Butter Cup, chopped
