Gluten free Buckwheat Nutella crepes
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour a thin layer in a pan or crêpe maker with some oil and bake each side for approx. 1 min. Decorate with strawberries and Nutella. Makes approx. 8 crêpes:
Vanilla Chocolate Raw Cake with berries
Directions
Pour half of the filling on top of the crust, place to fridge or freezer to settle for few minutes. -add 0.5 cup of raw cacao powder to remaining filling in your blender jug and blend high speed. -pour on top of the vanilla layer and freeze for hour or two or longer time in fridge. -When the cake is ready, use a knife to go around the edges, so the cake don't stuck in the mold. -melt vegan dark chocolate in water bath and spread on top of the cake. -Garnish with fruits and berries.
Chocolate Banana Cake
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and coat an 8 inch square pan with cooking spray. Combine the mashed bananas and sugar into a large mixing bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the applesauce, vanilla and egg. Stir to combine. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add the chocolate chips and pour into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Two-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Directions
Peel bananas and slice into 1/2 inch discs. Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a large plate or baking sheet. Freeze for 1-2 hours. Place the banana slices in a food processor. Puree banana slices, scraping down the bowl as needed. Puree until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add the peanut butter and puree to combine. Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream consistency. If you prefer harder ice cream, place in the freezer for a few hours and then serve.
